  1. I think you may need to reword this…
    “…You need to make sure that you consume at least half your bodyweight’s worth of water each day…”

    I believe it’s water ounces = half of your weight in pounds

  2. My friend just turned me on to this and right now it’s not looking to promising for me to consume 1/2 my weight in water that would equal 852 pounds of water or 106 gallons of water a day. Pretty sure that’s impossible and you would go into metabolic shock as you wash your system to being pure water. I received no instructions for the products I received except what was printed on the boxes, no diet or activity plan and paid $75.00 for stuff I can get at GNC for 1/3 the price based on ingredients and levels. Looking at the home website was just looking how to become a distributor, Whats up with that?? Confused…..

    I enjoyed your review of the Advocare 10 day cleanse. I have been doing an Advocare 10 day cleanse once per year for the past six years. I find it to be a very effective way to lose weight as well as rid myself of “sluggishness”.

    From my experience (or shall I say my husband’s) it is also a terrific way to clean up one’s blood work. For the first 20+ years of our relationship my husband’s cholesterol numbers were always above 200. Not generally a concern as his HDL was always much higher than his LDL thus not causing alarm with his doctor. However his triglycerides were exceptionally high too. When he had his physical after his first Advocare 10 day cleanse his cholesterol was 155 and his triglycerides too were much reduced. Based on no other changes to his lifestyle we determined the Advocare 10 day cleanse along with the recommended eating habits during said cleanse were directly linked to this improvement in his blood work. An option much more palatable than medications to achieve better health.
