Exante Review

A couple of days ago, I realized how much staying at home during quarantine has negatively affected my health, and I’m pretty sure most of you will be able to relate to my underlying predicament that has been quite prevalent during this quarantine; weight gain. My weight is something I’ve always struggled with, being naturally prone to gaining it quicker than losing it.

In the past, I was able to control it because of all the daily activities that kept my calorie count in check such as going to the gym, running errands for work, walking to college, sorts. Recently, due to everything practically being work from home I couldn’t control my weight gain.

Naturally, I had to do something about it, and since going out and visiting a gym was out of option, and walking was a notion practically nonexistent, I decided to try something different, something that I definitely wasn’t used to, but proved to be quite effective; Exante.

So this is my experience with this life-changing product that produces good results in a short amount of time. Bear in mind that this is just my experience, and experiences are subjective, so I’m sure that my opinion and experience with the product may differ from some other person’s.

What is Exante?

Exante Review

Exante is a meal replacement shake that comes in various packs, servings, and flavors. Meal replacement shakes help you feel full while only consuming a handful or minimal amount of calories, hence limiting your calorie intake.

Exante; necessarily a shake, is a sweet and smooth tasting concoction that provides your body with not only the necessary calories, but also minerals, vitamins, and proteins.

It’s commonly consumed when mixed with water since it has the consistency of a McDonald’s ice-cream shake, but depending on the person, juice or milk can also be used as a base liquid. I preferred to mix it with diluted fruit juice.

How does it work?

Exante Meal Replacement Shake

The deal with meal replacement shakes is quite simple; they’re a kind of protein and vitamin-based shakes that use other additive ingredients to make sure that you don’t feel hunger pangs during specific times of the day. Meal replacement shakes are usually replaced with 2 meals of the day, the third meal being your regular and normal healthy one.

These kinds of shakes are usually in usage when people want to control their dietary temptations and snacking habits. In a nutshell, Exante makes sure that you don’t feel hungry for about 3 hours (after consuming each serving).

Exante Features

I replaced my breakfast and dinner with Exante and had my regular lunch as I normally did, there were no restrictions on the one meal you’re allowed to have instead of a shake, so I just ate whatever I wanted during that one meal.

I did not let go of my exercising routine while taking Exante and it did not have any effect on the amount of exhaustion I felt after exercising. During the time I was using Exante, I saw a significant decline within my snacking habits – which was a huge relief since snacks only perpetuated my body’s weight gaining tendencies.

What is it composed of?

Naturally, I couldn’t take it up until I knew the entirety of what Exante had to offer, and for this, I sought their site. According to the official site that I researched before making the decision, each serving of Exante has a total of 120 calories or less, plus 26 vitamins and minerals. It’s also rich in proteins.

As a customer, before making a purchasing decision I also looked at the ingredients to see if they had something in it that would be harmful to my health or would cause unnecessary side effects. Thankfully, I found nothing of the sort.

The blend of Exante mainly contains 2 things; Slendesta, for revoking untimely eating urges, and Digezyme, an enzyme particularly adept at keeping digestive systems in check as well as help in better absorption of the minerals.

The composition was what kept me satisfied as it wasn’t one of those replacement shakes or drinks that had harmful preservatives added to it. So my health didn’t face any issues during the time I was taking Exante.

Why Exante?

I chose Exante because of the fact that the company was very responsive and transparent towards me from the very start, building up a very amiable and trustworthy consumer-producer relationship. They answered all my queries promptly and solved all my dilemmas timely.

Personally, I dislike drinks or shakes that have no taste, which wasn’t the case with Exante. Drinking a tasteless concoction every day would have been harder to maintain.

Not only do they have 7 different flavors, but their flavors and shakes have a great consistency that sat very well with my taste buds. I bought the product in 3 flavors so that I wouldn’t get bored and could change it up if I wanted to, so I’d suggest you do the very same.

I understand that there might be some (ok, a lot of) difficulty because of deterring from your normal eating routines. If someone told me to substitute two meals from my daily diet to a glass of shake, I’d think it was too much too.

But you know what they say, don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. There’s no harm in turning to something that you think can be helpful in achieving your goal – which in this case, is diet control and quick weight loss.

How does it help weight loss?

Regardless of some myths, replacement shakes indeed do help further your weight loss journey and bring you closer to your destination; or at least, that’s how it felt for me.

As mentioned before, it works on the principle of providing all the necessary nutrients to you in a one-glass shake so my body didn’t have to take in all the fat that comes with eating a normal meal.

Because of this one simple change in diet, my body saw significant changes through the weeks I was on Exante. For example, clothes started fitting me more loosely now instead of snug, depicting that I had in fact shed some weight. I did keep a weighing machine with me to measure my progress more accurately so that would probably be a good idea.

All in all, Exante provided me with a quick, easy, and convenient way to shed all the extra body fat that I had amassed over the countless lazy days staying at home during the quarantine. So, if you’re looking for a quick and safe fix to your weight-gaining problems, this would be it.

Of course, for the long run, I took up other measures to maintain the desired weight once I had attained it through the help of Exante, for example, increasing the amount of personal exercise that I was doing in my own apartment.
