Hi, does either one tamper with heart levels? I have high blood pressure and every time l take them both l feel like my heart is going to explode.

    Hello Julia,

    Ginger is known to be risky for people that have problems with high blood pressure. Especially if you are taking medicines. It is particularly risky to combine ginger with anticoagulants and medicine from insulin.​

    As for turmeric, I don’t have an information that it has such side effects.
